The Challenge
The standard approach to search for flights or holidays is to allow users to enter “From”, “To”, “When”, and “Who” before displaying the relevant results.
What could we change or add to this in order to take our search experience to the next level? How could we serve users that might not know what to look for? How could we make searching effortless, more fun, or more relevant for different user personas?
